
Step One: First call (212)473-9001 to become a registered client in our database. You will be be given your own ID number and a password for further access. Please have your credit card ready for registration. This is a one-time procedure, and in the future you will not be required to give credit card information again.
Step Two: Scheduling and confirming practitioner and client availability. Once there is an agreed meeting time and an agreed service time length, Trimurti will email a confirmation to bind you to the appointment. This will prepare you for your healing session.
Cancellation: Reflecting the limited availability of appointments, a minimum of 12 hours advance notice is required for cancellation or reschedule of any treatment. Guests who do not arrive at the appointed time, or fail to notify us within the 12-hour courtesy window, will be charged 50% of the entire treatment fee. A 35% charge will apply for those appointments rescheduled within the 12-hour window. Credit card information is required for all reservations. Please note that cancelled appointments are non-refundable.
